Common Questions
The bot isn't responding to commands
Make sure the bot has the correct permissions in your server. It needs "Send Messages", "Embed Links", and "Use Application Commands" at minimum. Try re-inviting the bot with the correct permissions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard subscription page and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal.
Can I transfer my premium to another server?
Yes! Use /premium activate in your new server to transfer your Server Premium subscription.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please report bugs in our Discord server's #bug-reports channel. Include steps to reproduce the bug, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
