Invite the bot
Add Prize Bot to your Discord server and keep the requested permissions. Auction channels, claim tickets, reaction giveaways, role rewards, and ticket panels all depend on Discord permissions.
Pick your staff model
Use Discord slash command permissions for who can create auctions, giveaways, claims, tickets, currencies, and shop items. Older host-role settings are deprecated where slash permissions cover the same job.
Configure event defaults
Set auction, giveaway, claim, currency, and shop settings before your first live event so logs, channels, categories, and formatting are consistent.
Use the dashboard for bulk work
The dashboard is better for queue management, event edits, hard deletes, ticket transcript browsing, shop orders, currencies, and status boards.
Core Settings
/settings auctions Auction log channel, category, alert role, integer-only bids, currency payment, anti-snipe range/extension/limits, venue mode, shared channel, channel prefix, and end GIF.
/settings giveaways Giveaway alert role, result log channel, entry method, server-tag winner eligibility, deprecated host role, and whether ended giveaways show the public reroll button.
/settings claiming Claim ticket category, staff role, claim log channel, ticket instructions, ticket channel prefix, ticket expiration, unopened-claim expiration, forfeits, fallback winners, and whether claiming is disabled while records are still kept.
/settings currency Legacy default currency display settings. New servers should prefer /currency create for multi-currency setup.
/settings advanced Shows where to manage dashboard-only settings and links directly to the server dashboard.
