Server Shop
Sell role rewards and manual items with stock tracking, purchase history, order numbers, purchase status, and server currency.
Features
Catalog Management
Create, edit, disable, or remove shop items from the dashboard or with Discord commands.
Currency Checkout
Charge the server's default currency or a selected currency, including integer-only currency validation.
Stock Tracking
Use unlimited stock or fixed inventory. Purchases reserve stock and deduct balances in the same transaction.
Quantity Purchases
Buyers can choose a quantity when purchasing, and stock/balances are updated in one transaction.
Order Numbers and Status
Purchases receive order numbers and can be tracked through pending, completed, or cancelled statuses.
Role Rewards
Attach a Discord role to an item and Prize Bot will grant it after a successful purchase.
Purchase Logs
Send new item announcements and purchase receipts to a configured shop log channel.
Manager Role
Restrict item management to admins or a configured shop manager role.
Commands
/shop list Show the active items currently available for purchase.
/shop info View details for an item, including price, stock, status, and reward.
/shop buy Purchase an available item with server currency.
/shop add Add an item to the shop. Requires administrator access or the shop manager role.
/shop edit Update an existing shop item, including price, currency, stock, reward role, and active status.
/shop remove Remove an item from the shop while preserving purchase history.
Configuration
Configure shop logging and manager permissions from the dashboard or
with /settings shop.
Order Management
Pending
New purchases start pending so staff can fulfill manual rewards.
Completed
Mark an order completed when the buyer has received the item or role.
Cancelled
Cancel orders that should not be fulfilled while preserving purchase history.
