Command Reference
A compact map of Prize Bot slash commands. Feature pages explain the workflows; this page is for finding the command you need.
Auctions
/auction create Create a standard, silent, or Dutch auction. Supports starting bid, duration, description, currency, starting winner, balance payment, integer-only bids, min/max increments, buyout, reserve target, visible target, bid visibility, pricing type, Dutch floor, bid role, category, image, and premium scheduling.
/auction edit Edit auction item, host, current bid, winner, time, description, currency, payment behavior, increments, buyout, target price, visibility, pricing, bid role, and image.
/auction queue View queued auctions. Scheduled auction queueing is Server Premium.
/auction end Prompt staff to end the auction in the current auction venue.
/bid amount Place a bid in the current auction venue. The bot enforces increments, integer-only rules, role gates, balance checks, silent bidding, Dutch pricing, buyouts, and anti-snipe rules.
Server Setup
/help Show links to Prize Bot docs, pricing, User Premium, and Server Premium.
/settings auctions Configure auction defaults like log channel, category, alert role, integer-only bids, currency payment, anti-snipe rules, venue mode, shared channel, channel prefix, and end GIF.
/settings giveaways Configure giveaway alert role, result log channel, default entry method, server-tag winner eligibility, deprecated host role, and whether completed giveaways show the public reroll button.
/settings claiming Configure claim ticket category, staff role, log channel, instructions, ticket channel prefix, ticket expiration, unopened-claim expiration, claiming disablement, forfeits, and next-bidder fallback.
/settings currency Configure legacy default currency display fields. New servers should usually create currencies with /currency create.
/settings advanced Show a dashboard link for advanced settings and management tools that are better handled outside Discord command options.
Giveaways
/giveaway create Start a giveaway with item, winners, duration, optional premium schedule delay, channel, description, and image.
/giveaway delete Cancel and delete a giveaway by message ID and optional channel.
/giveaway reroll Reroll a completed giveaway by message ID.
/giveaway entrants List active button giveaways in the current channel, then view entrants and bulk-remove them with Discord's user picker. Giveaway hosts and admins only.
Giveaway Entries Message context menu command that opens entrant management for the selected giveaway message.
/giveaway remove_entrant Remove one user from an active button giveaway entry list. Giveaway hosts and admins only.
Claims
/claim create Create a claimable prize for a user. Role-wide bulk claims are Server Premium.
/claim inventory View a user's unclaimed prizes.
/claim refresh Resend claim messages to a configured channel without deleting old messages.
Shop
/shop list Show available shop items.
/shop info Show price, stock, status, and role reward for a shop item.
/shop buy Buy a shop item with server currency and optional quantity.
/shop add Add a shop item with name, price, description, currency, optional role reward, and stock.
/shop edit Edit item details, price, currency, reward role, stock, and active status.
/shop remove Remove a shop item.
/shop complete_order Mark a shop order complete with an optional note.
/shop cancel_order Mark a shop order cancelled without automatic refund or restock.
Currency
/currency create Create a server currency with symbol/name, side, number locale, and integer-only behavior.
/currency delete Delete a currency. Existing balances are archived and no longer usable.
/currency info Show currency settings, supply, and balance count.
/currency edit Add, set, or subtract a user's balance. Role-wide edits are supported for staff workflows.
/currency list List saved balances for the default or selected currency.
Tickets And Status
/ticket panel Post a standalone support ticket panel with channel, category, staff role, title, description, button label, and optional inactivity expiration.
/ticket add Add a user to the current ticket.
/ticket remove Remove a user from the current ticket.
/ticket rename Rename the current ticket channel.
/ticket claim Assign the current ticket to yourself.
/ticket close Close the current ticket and save a transcript when available.
/status set Set or move the auction or giveaway status board.
/status disable Disable an auction or giveaway status board.
/status refresh Refresh one status board or all configured boards.
/status view View status board configuration.
Member And Account
/autobid set Set a personal auto-bid max in the current auction. User Premium.
/autobid remove Remove your auto-bid from the current auction.
/autobid list View your active auto-bids.
/profile user View a member profile with currency balances and related account info.
/premium See premium details and subscription links.
/whitelabel add_token Add or swap the bot token for a whitelabel bot identity. Server Premium.
/feedback Send feedback or report a bug to the Prize Bot team.
/privacy_policy Open the privacy policy and terms of service.
