Status boards

Status boards list active auctions or giveaways in a Discord message. Boards update as events change and link to the original event messages. Status boards are free.

Set up a board

By default, /status commands require Manage Server. Choose a text or announcement channel where the bot can view the channel, send messages, and embed links. You can also manage boards from your server’s Status boards dashboard page.

Run /status set type:auction channel:#auctions, replacing #auctions with your chosen channel.
Check the board posted by the bot. Auction entries show the current bid, leading bidder, and end time. Silent auctions hide the bid and leading bidder.
To add a giveaway board, run /status set type:giveaway channel:#giveaways. Giveaway entries show the winner count, host, and end time.
Run /status view to check each board’s channel, enabled state, and message link.

Each server can have one auction board and one giveaway board. Repeating /status set changes the selected board’s channel or enables a disabled board. Boards show up to 25 events per page, with navigation buttons when more events are active.

Refresh or disable a board

`/status refresh type:auction`

Refresh the auction board now. Choose giveaway for the giveaway board or all for all enabled boards.

`/status disable type:auction`

Stop updates to the auction board. Choose giveaway to disable the giveaway board. Disabling a board leaves the existing message in Discord.

If a board stops updating, check the bot’s channel permissions and run /status view. If the board is disabled, run /status set again after restoring access.
